One-time cancellation policy

For paid one-time work, cancellation within 24 hours of order placement is eligible for a 100% refund; after 24 hours through 72 hours, 50%; after 72 hours, normally no refund. The timing starts when the order is placed, not when payment is later completed. Mandatory legal rights and documented exceptions are handled separately. Monthly Analytics recurring charges follow separate subscription terms.
