Prices

Prices for standard Averidi services are displayed on the applicable service and ordering pages before an order is submitted. Custom work or work outside a published standard service scope is quoted separately and proceeds only after the customer accepts the applicable price. Averidi Analyst is offered as a recurring subscription at the price displayed before subscription checkout.

Additional charges

Any taxes or other charges that Averidi is legally required to collect will be displayed or applied as required by the applicable transaction. Customers are responsible for any fees independently imposed by their bank, card issuer, payment provider or currency-conversion provider. No shipping charges apply because Averidi provides digital and professional services rather than physical goods.

Payment methods

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed through the payment provider presented at checkout.

Payment timing

For one-time services, payment is due through the applicable checkout after the order has been created and before paid project work proceeds. For recurring services, including Averidi Analyst and other recurring services where offered, the applicable subscription fee is charged according to the billing cycle disclosed before the subscription is confirmed.

Service commencement and delivery

For standard one-time services using standard timing, the project is assigned a one-week delivery deadline from order placement, subject to the requirements of the selected service and the customer providing the information and usable data necessary to perform the work.

A customer-requested deadline is not confirmed merely by submitting it. The confirmed project deadline is recorded separately in the project workspace. Where required information or usable data is missing, delivery timing may be adjusted as described in the Terms of Service.

For subscription services, access and applicable service periods are governed by the subscription terms presented at purchase and the Terms of Service.

Cancellations and refunds

For a paid one-time project, a cancellation/refund request submitted within 24 hours of order placement is eligible for a 100% refund of the one-time project amount actually paid; a request submitted more than 24 hours and up to 72 hours after order placement is eligible for a 50% refund; after 72 hours, the one-time project payment is normally non-refundable.

Exceptions may apply where required by law, in cases of Averidi non-performance, duplicate or billing errors, or other circumstances addressed in the Terms of Service.

Required revisions within the agreed project scope are included at no additional charge. New questions, datasets, deliverables or materially expanded analysis constitute new work rather than a revision.

Recurring services

Recurring services are billed at the amount and billing frequency disclosed before subscription. A recurring subscription may be cancelled for the end of the current paid billing period. Unless mandatory rights or separately stated terms require otherwise, the current paid period normally remains non-refundable and is not prorated merely because cancellation is requested during that period. No further recurring charge should be created after cancellation becomes effective.

Specific conditions applicable to Averidi Analyst and other recurring services are described in the Terms of Service and at the applicable checkout.

Digital services

Averidi provides professional and digital services. No physical product is shipped. Analytical outputs, reports, dashboards, files and other project deliverables are provided through the applicable Averidi project workspace or another agreed delivery method.

Other terms

Use of Averidi services is subject to the Terms of Service. Information concerning the collection, use, storage and handling of personal and project information is provided in the Privacy Policy. Nothing in this disclosure limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
